DENPASAR CITY SIGHTSEEING
Colors and flavors are essential components of Denpasar Central Market, with its large display of local products and handicraft. The visit to Denpasar Museum is an important insight into Balinese culture, and a stop at the Government Art Center will introduce you to the variety of Balinese arts.
KEHEN PANGLIPURAN
Kehen Temple, one of the most ancient temples in Bali. Its splendid closed Balinese gateway leads to a unique shrine of 11 tapering meru roofs, resting place for the visiting Gods and the highest architectural honour that can be bestowed on a temple. On the way, visit one of traditional village Panglipuran with its beautiful landscape and architectures, and Kertagosa, the ancient palace of justice in Klungkung.
PETANU RIVER
On the way to Kintamani, overlooking Batur Lake, a visit to the ancient Goa Gajah (the elephant cave) is followed by a stop at Museum Purbakala with its collection of antique stone sarcophagi (Museum closed on Saturday) from where a short stroll takes you to Pura Penataran SAsih, The Gunung Kamwi spectacular site hide two rows of ancient tombs hewn out of the rock in the green watery canyon. Stop at Rempah Rempah coffee plantation. On the way back, the Holy spring water temple and the beauty landscapes of rice terraces are an absolute must see.
BEDUGUL
First stop at Mengwi Royal Temple with its lotus pound from where you will reach the peaceful mountain village of Bedugul, to visit Ulun Danu Temple, partially submerged in Lake Beratan water. After visiting the colorful Candukuning market with its spices, bonsai and orchid lined along fresh vegetables, the next stop will be the unforgettable rice terraced of Jatiluwih, a truly heavenly panorama.
KARANGASEM
A tour dedicated to discover the former kingdom of Karangasem and its beauty: the 10 hectares royal garden of Taman Ujung, through the royal temple of Pura Kebon Bukit, and the royal palace of Puri Agung. Finally, a visit to the beautifully landscaped royal pool of Tirta Gangga. On the way back, a stop in Tenganan, the village of the original Balinese, the Bali Aga to further enhances your knowledge of Eastern Bali.
NORTH BALI
After a stop at Bedugul fruit and vegetables market where local products are supplied, we move on to visit Ulun Danu Temple – a peaceful Hindu Temple on the banks of Lake Beratan. We then head north to cross the ridge of Bali’s central mountain range on the way to Lovina, north Bali most famous and exotic beach resort, while seeing Git Git waterfall en route. On the way back, a stop will be a made at Banjar Village hot spring. Return to hotel through the highland of Pupuan with its fantastic rice terrace view.
PADANG UMBA COUNTRYSIDE TREKKING
Vegetables and fruit farm are awaiting you. Two hours soft trekking at Batunya village through local farm and tropical forest will take you to magnificent Bedugul Lake. One hour Traditional Massage is ready for you, to refresh your body & mind before heading back to hotel. A short visit at local market is also included on this tour.
BESAKIH, TELAGA WAJA RIVER
Besakih, “the mother temple”, is the oldest and largest temple on the island, located on the slopes of powerful Mount Agung, and then starts the adventure at Telaga Waja River. Padling through the breeze water fall and plunge 4 meters drop from the Bajing Dam into the churning white water. Get shower and Lunch at restaurant in front of rice field view. On the way to hotel Kertagosa, the ancient palace of justice in Klungkung also visited.
ELEPHANT TOURS BEDUGUL
After a stop at Bedugul fruit and vegetable market where local product are supplied, we wove on to visit Ulun Danu Temple – a peaceful Hindu temple on the banks of Lake Beratan, then enjoy the adventure short elephant trek. Experience the beautiful landscape of the camp as well as ventruring out for a trek along the edge of the valley. Look down at the raging Ayung River and discover how much fun riding an elephant can be.
BESAKIH TEMPLE
This tour will take us to The Mother Temple of Bali, Besakih Temple. Located on the slopes of Mt. Agung, makes us to drive through the countryside with its winding road. Stops also will be made on the way at Celuk the center of gold and silver works, Goa Lawah (bat cave) and the Court House of Justice in Klungkung.
